Diana Crenshaw
Diana is a licensed agent across multiple states and oversees daily operations at our firm. She began her career in the insurance sector in the early 2000s while pursuing her degree at the University of North Texas in Denton. After a brief hiatus, she transitioned to work with government and military entities, where she spent 16 dynamic years in the field of intelligence. Diana has since returned to Plano, bringing with her a renewed passion and enthusiasm for the insurance industry. In her personal time, she enjoys golf, watching sports, and practicing yoga. Deeply connected to her roots, Diana relishes her role as an aunt and is excited to be part of ESI and her family in the community where she grew up.
Ronald Crenshaw
Ronald is a licensed Agent in Texas and in numerous states and specializes in Commercial Lines of insurance. He handles policies and customers with great care and dedication. Ron recently retired from the Army after 27 years of Honorable Service to our great nation, he served 7 years in the esteemed 82nd Airborne Division and 20 years in the elite 10th Special forces Group. During his service he served multiple combat deployments where he received numerous accommodations and awards for his service. He is proud to be part of an organization that looks after its clients as much as he looked after this great nation
